The agent confirms whether the special box can be unloaded or not; for the overweight special box, the approval of the technical department and the department leader shall be obtained, and the shipping company or the agent ship shall be called directly; after obtaining the consent of the planning department, the shipping company and the agent are in the plan. When applying for a berth, the Ministry shall attach a list of imported special containers (including size, type, weight, etc.) and copy the list of imported special containers to the Planning Section; the Planning Section shall arrange special imported containers for special containers at special storage sites. For the overweight container, it is not possible to carry out direct delivery by the ship. After obtaining the consent of the department leader and the planning department, it is arranged to unload to the forefront of the terminal; the imported special special heavy-weight box by the ship, the planning department advances the trailer to the forefront of the dock according to the loading and unloading progress. Standby; For imported special tanks that require wire rope auxiliary operations, the planning department should prepare wire ropes and other tools in advance when unloading the ship, and the supervisor or value on duty at the same time. The group leader shall go to the scene to direct the operation; after the import of the special box is released, the trailer shall be sent to the billing section with the bill of lading stamped with the customs seal, and the planning department shall dispatch the bill with the seal of the billing department and arrange the machinery to carry the box. Operation, at the same time, the supervisor on duty or the head of the shift shall go to the scene to direct the operation; the owner of the imported overweight special box (or trailer) shall make the dispatch formalities before the unloading;
Second, the export operation process:
1. The shipping company or its agent will submit a list of special containers to be exported (including size, box type, weight, etc.) to the planning department. The planning department confirms with the shipping company or its agent whether it can be installed according to the actual conditions in the port area. Special tanks; For the overweight tanks, the approval of the technical department and the head of the department shall be obtained, and the shipping company or the agency ship shall be required to install them directly;
2. With the consent of the Ministry of Planning, the shipping company and the agent should attach a list of export special containers (including size, box type, weight, etc.) to the planning department when applying for a berth, and copy the export special container list to the plan. Section;
3. Before the export of the special container into the port, the trailer shall notify the planning department and the inspection bridge in advance. For the ultra-high or super-wide box, the inspection bridge shall guide the trailer to enter the port area from the 3# door carriageway; at the same time, the trailer shall be notified of the designation of the plan section. Special box dump yard;
4. When the export special container enters the port, the inspection bridge shall check whether the shackles are in contact with the box and use shackles. For export special containers that do not use shackles, the trailer shall be allowed to re-bind and allowed to enter the port area;
5, special containers directly mounted on the side of the ship, the trailer should be scheduled according to the planning department to the designated bridge under the crane or call the front edge of the dock;
6. For the export overweight special box that cannot be installed directly by the ship, with the approval of the department head and planning department, the inspection bridge will notify the trailer to unload the box at the front of the dock;
7. For export special containers requiring wire rope auxiliary work, the planning department should prepare wire ropes and other tools in advance when unloading containers. At the same time, the on-duty supervisor or on-duty team leader should go to the scene to direct operations;
8. For export special containers, the shipping company or its agent shall make additional remarks in the provisioning list provided to the Planning Section;
9. When the planning department confirms the stowage, it will notify the large-scale voyage that there is an export special box. If the ship's side needs to provide the export special box list to the chief officer;
