June 2022 is the 21st "Safe Production Month" in China and the 29th "Safe Production Month" in Jiangsu Province, with the theme of "Abiding by the Safe Production Law and Being the First Responsible Person".
1、 Work objective
By carrying out the "Safe Production Month" activity, we will thoroughly carry out the publicity and implementation of the new "Safe Production Law", fully implement the post responsibility system for safe production of all staff, ensure that no ordinary or above safe production liability accidents occur, ensure that no epidemic infection and proliferation events with serious social impact occur, ensure that no ordinary or above environmental pollution events occur, and welcome the successful convening of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China with the excellent performance of "Three Guarantees".
2、 Work content
Watch the TV feature film "Life is more important than Mount Tai", give an open class on safe production, organize the "New Safe Production Law Learning Exchange Meeting" activity, organize all employees to seriously study and implement the fifteen hard measures for safe production, and create a safe and stable environment for the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
（2） Fully implement the new safety production law, and establish the safety production post responsibility system for all staff
Formulate the Job Responsibility List of Safety Production for all employees of the unit, and define the safety production responsibilities of all employees of the enterprise. Strengthen the implementation of safety production responsibility and due diligence, and establish an endogenous safety production mechanism of self-restraint and continuous improvement and a safety production performance assessment and evaluation mechanism.
（3） Carry out safety production inspection to ensure effective prevention and control of major risks
Focusing on the transportation of hazardous chemicals, self building, safe navigation of ships, berthing, ship machinery and equipment, and fire safety, we will focus on the "five special rectification", strengthen the investigation and treatment of hidden dangers and the accountability of accidents, quickly rectify the major hidden dangers found in the inspection, ensure that there will be no mass casualties caused by the loss of control of major risk points, and conduct on-site supervision and inspection on the implementation of work safety of various functional departments, Organize the practical drill of emergency events under the complex situation of multiple risk factors.
（4） Seriously organize the publicity activities of "Safety Production Month" to improve the safety awareness of all staff
Organize safety supervisors, ship management personnel, safety volunteers, team management personnel, youth league members, workers, etc. to jointly promote safety publicity into the front line and team, and improve the safety awareness and emergency response capability of all staff.
3、 Job requirements
（1） Strengthen organizational leadership. Formulate the "Safety Production Month" activity plan to ensure that the organization is in place, the responsibility is in place, and the funds are in place to ensure the smooth implementation of various activities.
（2） Make overall plans for key work. The activity of "Safety Production Month" will be organically combined with the company's business development, epidemic prevention and control, environmental protection and other key work, and various safety prevention and control measures will be implemented on the site, so as to truly achieve the work effect of promoting the year by month and promoting safety by responsibility.
（3） Do a good job of information submission. It is necessary to timely refine, summarize and promote the company's good experience and practices in safe production, and timely publicize and report advanced models.
