Taicang Port Container Shipping Co., Ltd. (referred to as TCLC) is jointly funded and established by the province, city, and county. To strengthen the garrison as a base

Taicang Port Container Shipping Co., Ltd. is the only provincial shipping company that sets up an international container liner transportation in Taicang Port. With Taicang Port as the center, it absorbs a large number of local box sources in the Sukuntai area, and takes the Yangtze River as the axis. Extend to Chengdu, Chongqing, Wuhan, Changsha, Nanjing and other places, through the Yangtze River trade barge to a large number of goods in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River to the Taicang Port. Master the foreign trade route development initiative

Taicang Port Container Shipping Co., Ltd. took only a short period of three months to complete the personnel recruitment, ship purchase, international ship transportation qualification application, overall acquisition of Chongqing Shipping Company, container rental, and domestic and foreign agency selection. Preparations for the project, and the Taicang-Japan, Taicang-Korea route was opened on October 28, 2011. At the beginning of the opening of Taicang Port Container Lines Co., Ltd., Japan’s Kanto, Kansai, and South Korea each had a weekly shift. One month after the operation, an additional vessel was added to the Kanto Line. On August 28, 2012, another vessel was added to the Kansai Line. So far, Taicang Port's foreign trade routes have achieved two flights per week from Taicang to Japan's Kanto Line, two flights per week from Taicang to Japan's Kansai Line, and one weekly from Taicang to South Korea, providing cargo transportation for import and export companies along Jiangsu and the Yangtze River. Good service has created the best density of liner density in Taicang Port history. In the past year, Taicang Port Container Shipping Co., Ltd. has completed a total of 168 voyages, with an actual loading rate of more than 75%. The operating efficiency is better than expected.

In the next step, the company will continue to encrypt container liner routes in Japan, South Korea, and China Taiwan on the basis of the gradual increase in container volumes, select Southeast Asian routes and groceries routes, and continue to increase the visibility and risk resistance capabilities of the provincial fleet. Through 3-5 years of hard work, we will strive to develop Taicang Shipping into a provincial ocean-going fleet with a certain scale and strength.
